Dosa a mouthwatering staple dish is widely popular in all south Indian states such as Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka etc. Dosa is a fermented crepe or pancake made from rice batter& black lentils. This traditional Indian dish is being now served in many countries such as Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Singapore etc.
Dosa is a common breakfast dish & a common street food rich in carbohydrates, & contains no sugar or saturated fats. As its constituent ingredients are rice & urad dal, it is gluten free & becomes a complete protein& its fermentation process increases the vitamin B & vitamin C contents.
