No matter whatever you do; construct a well-defined project for college, try to make a birthday cake or start your own business, there are people who is going to criticize you and doubt your ability to succeed. You can try to listen to those negativism or just hit the ignore button-the choice is all yours.
However, I present to you the ways in which you can deal with those grumbling and sceptic people:
1- Talk to the “man in the mirror.”
Often we try to hide our own self and put on a fake mask. People have a tendency to do this to please others. That’s going to come back at them anytime. We are our own critic. We should look in the mirror and talk to ourselves and focus on what is right rather than what is wrong. Believe in yourself and let others go to hell.
2- Remain positive and confident.
Confidence is something that ignites our self to be what we are. A wise man’s confidence is literally hard to break or shake. However, if you do not believe in yourself, then you are bound to get affected by what people think about you. Do good and let good will come to you. As we all have learned Newton’s third law in our school days- “for every reaction there is  an equal and opposite reaction.”
3- Hear your haters, but pay them no mind.
Hate is a complimentary product of fear. They hate you because they fear you and your success. Jealousy is bound to take shape in such situations. It’s not the thing that comes right in front of you, your reaction to it is what really matters. Don’t pay attention to what they are saying. Instead figure out what is their motivation behind it- to lift you up or to deflate?
4- Get back after every fall.
Failing is not important, getting back up and starting it again is! As perseverance is everything for entrepreneurial success. When you’re attempting to accomplish something, you’ll make mistakes – and mistakes might look like failure in the eyes of your sceptic. But as I said before, don’t pay attention to them.
5- Give them a reason to believe in you.
You don’t have to give them the attention. But show them that you can succeed, just don’t tell them. As arguing to foolish and negative people only gives you an unpleasant experience. Success takes time, and the path is always longer than it looks-So be persistent.
6- Don’t surround yourself with too many sceptics.
Surrounding yourself with many negative people can derail you from success. While being with only a few doubters can prove to be motivating. Remember that by facing, you rise above them and become better than you were yesterday!
