Renowned and successful filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt has announced on a social networking site that he will be producing the Telugu remake of Maaya in Hindi as Murder 4.
“Remaking Telugu movie MAAYA produced by @madhurasreedhar in Hindi as MURDER 4 to be directed by @neelakanta18 @joshmevandana (sic).”
The Telugu film’s director Neelakanta will be making his Bollywood debut by directing the Hindi remake.
Maaya was about extra sensory perception. The cast for Murder 4 is yet to be finalised.
Director Neelakanta announced on a social networking site : “Happy to direct Murder 4 in Hindi, a remake of Maaya which was produced by Dr.m.v k. Reddy and Madhura Sreedhar!”
