In recent times, movies have become too bold and many things which were relatively very uneasy to watch on TV have become a common sight.
But simultaneously even the audience has started accepting the reality rather than things which are fiction.

2. Death Penalty.
In many nations across the world, Death penalty is banned but for people like Kasab and Afzal Guru, even death penalty is less if we see the number of life they’ve taken. But death penalty also is against the philosophy that ‘Only GOD has every right to create or Kill people’.
3. Legalizing Betting in Sports in India.
Sports betting have been strictly banned in India. But in countries like the Great Britain, Betting is one of the high earning business for both Betting Companies as well as the government as it earns huge revenues from them.
4. Should Media be regulated?
Media regulation has been one of the much debated topics in recent times. Somewhere in the corner everyone is offended with the quality of news that the Media shows whereas, just a few days ago the PM said that regulating media is not what India as a democracy would want to do.
5. Economy v/s Environment.
We have seen a phenomenal growth in the recent times in almost every nation…be it whatever field, development is now touching the roots of all. But while doing so, the destruction that we are doing to the nature is very bold. We study that foe an Economy to flourish, environment must be exploited, but similarly we’ve also studied the concept of protecting mother Earth. Is there a common way out?
6. Unpaid Internships.
‘We offer Unpaid internships’… hearing this puts us in a ‘Dharm Sankat’ type of situation.
You want to get the industrial experience but cannot deny the fact that you must be paid for the hard work you are putting on it.
7. Phone Tapping.
We’ve just read and heard about ‘The News of The World’. Anna Hazare and its Team supported ‘Phone’ tapping. Correct on some situations but is it right to enter someone’s private life?
8. Quota System in Academic Institutions.
Reservations have been of the great Vote Bank politics for our Netas. Every time an election appears, there’s a quota for some caste introduced. But do you think we need quota system in a country where we all are equals but then still we are forced to think that we are unequal because of Caste?
9. Insulting POLITICIANS.
Politicians are our chosen leaders. The recent shoe throwing and slapping incidents that have happened, taint the democracy and its roots of functioning. Is it a correct way of letting out public’s frustration?
10. Free trade.
From the day WTO started, free trade is what every country in the world thought is the best way for people to be economically prosperous. But has it actually benefitted the common man or has it led to the extinction of the trading styles of the old ages where trading meant exchange of cultures, tradition and knowing the places.
11. FDI in retail.
Foreign Direct Investment is what every nation and economy in the world wants to have. Every nation’s finance minister wants to see the world’s biggest Retailers coming to their home and giving products which are innovative, cheap and a novelty. But people against it pitch their voice against it stating that it will eat up the local market.
12. Lokpal in Corporate sector.
We saw the hulla baloo that was created for Jan Lokpal Bill. But if there’s a Lokpal Bill to regulate the corruption of the Government, shouldn’t there be a bill to curb the high – end corruption taking place in the Corporate Sector.
13. HTC v/s Apple Inc.
Apple Inc. recently filed a patent infringement case against HTC (read Google) the Mobile Phone giant for similarity in touch interface and also for many applications that was at offer.
14. Peddar Road Flyover.
Lata Mangeshkar voiced her protest against it being built…MNS leader Mr. Raj Thakeray said that just for one person the flyover cannot be scrapped…Also Environmental Activists have protested it being built…Have your say.
15. CAG (Comptroller and Auditor General Of India) v/s Telecom Companies(2G Scam)
One of the largest scams in the History Of India… the so called 2G scam showed us the dirty face of the Politics and the Government. In this CAG had a very important role and if it was not of them, Crores worth of scam would have gone unnoticed.
16. Kingfisher Airlines v/s Indian Government.
Kingfisher Airlines was pegged to be the revolutionary carrier when it was introduced…but now it seems to be in no mood to carry any passengers. Above that it seeks the Government’s monetary help to revive itself… Will it be right to give the Airliner a boost from the Taxpayer’s pocket?
17. Reliance v/s Reliance
They are Industrial Giants but still fight over trivial issues. From the oil to be extracted from Kaveri River Basin to the Oil Fields in the Mumbai High, their fights have taken an ugly turn many times. Did the government do it right by allowing the Mukesh Ambani led Reliance to explore the Kaveri river basin at the price pegged by the government?
18. Smoking Ban In Movies.
‘Smoking is Injurious to health’ is what we see in the first shot of the movie and then follows a spat of continuous smoking throughout the movie time. Is it right?
19. Blackberry India V/s Government of India.
The government of India, just recently planned to ban BlackBerry as it was not sharing the security details to it. But it never came into effect. Should the services be banned owing to the security concerns?
20. Official Age Of Drinking.
We can vote at the age of 18 but can’t drink till we are 25.
We can decide the Country’s future but can’t decide what we have to drink at what age! An absurd move by the government which made the Parents Happy!
21. Corporate Lobbying.
Miss Radia… Are you hearing??? Corporate lobbying is going on since the time Business started… many people think it is a common issue but may have great time grudges against it as well.
22. Stray Dogs…Should they be eliminated?
They run behind you, they bite you; they follow your bike and many a times you lose your balance.
They wake you up at night but if you mistakenly wake them up when they are asleep, be ready for those heavy dose Rabies injections. Shouldn’t these strays be eliminated or we have some other way to deal with it?
23. Urban Upgradation v/s Rural Development.
Mumbai and Delhi have become hot destinations for industries and so have the other major cities and state capitals but are we neglecting the rural areas which comprise of the maximum of the population? Don’t they have rights to see development?
24. Child actors and their Exploitation in Movies.
Government Banned Child Labor but the fragile Law had nothing to say about the Child Actors.
They work day in and day out and do everything in this world to please you just at the orders of the Director. Isn’t this a Child Labor? Is the Government Hearing?
25. Tax Cigarettes to Decrease Smoking.
We do have heavy taxes on the nicotine Products and also on the Alcoholic Beverages. But still there’s no difference. Instead the cigarettes sales are on the rise.
