Tired of those excessive fats around your stomach or what is known as “Belly Fat”…? Want to get rid of those and have thought about all sorts of ways and gimmicks? Wait. Hold on. Why worry when you can do so the Natural Way!!
Here are few Natural ways with which you can say “bye bye” to those unwanted Fats:
Drink Lots of Water:
Drinking water is very essential for our body. There is a certain amount of water required by our system. Drinking is the easiest and simplest way of getting rid of those fats. Drinking water helps your body cleanse waste and acts as appetite suppressant.
Drink before you eat. Replace calorie-filled drinks with water.
Get Sound Sleep:
A night out or some other late night parties now and then are fine. But if you are sleep deprived most of the time; it might affect your body functioning later. In most cases, when people are pressurised with work load, opt for tea or coffee to keep them awake and may also grab something to eat. What next? Lack of good sleep would result in your metabolism not functioning properly. The two important hormone in the sleep-lose weight theory are ghrelin and leptin.
Ghrelin is the “hunger hormone”. It tells when to eat. It has been seen that, when you are sleep deprived you have more Ghrelin.
Leptin is the “satiety hormone”. It regulates body weight by signalling the brain to reduce appetite. You have less leptin when you are sleep deprived.
So you are eating more, plus your metabolism works slower when you are sleep deprived thus resulting in weight gain.
GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
Eat More Healthy Fats:
Fat won’t make you fat. Unhealthy food and lack of activity does.
Bad fats pose a risk to your health. But it is important to include Good Fat such as Omega-3 fat, in your diet. Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are good fats.
Monounsaturated fats are found in Olive oils, sesame oils, avocados, peanut butter, olives, nuts-almonds, peanuts, cashews, hazelnuts).
Polyunsaturated fats are found in Soya bean oil, safflower oil, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, tofu, soymilk, fatty fish- salmon, sardines, tuna, and mackerel and also in walnuts.
Cut down on Alcohol Consumption:
Alcoholic beverages contain calories. Also alcohol intake has direct impact on our wait line. In addition to this, they have unwanted metabolic effects. Alcohol reduces the metabolism of fats which decreases the ability to oxidize fats promoting higher level of fat storage.
The effective way of losing fats is to decrease the calorie intake and increase the calories you burn.
Eat Healthy. Stay Fit.
