1. Raghubar Das is a chief minister of Jharkhand state of India. He is an Indian politician belonging to Bharatiya Janata Party.
2.  Raghubar Das joined Janata Party in 1977. Later he joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) as a founding member in 1980. He was appointed as the chief of unit of Sitaramdera.
3. Raghubar Das served as the member of legislative assembly for five times representing Jamshedpur East since 1995. Raghubar Das also served as the Deputy Chief Minister in January 2010 and the Urban Development Minister.
4. When Raghubar Das was the Deputy Chief Minister in January 2010, he was accused of unduly favouring Meinhardt, a Singapore-based company, in awarding construction of sewage system in Ranchi.
5.  Raghubar Das became the sixth and the first non-tribal chief minister of the state in December 2014 when BJP secured majority in Jharkhand Legislative Assembly election 2014.
