Uff!!! Those worst stressful exams are done! Require some great ideas to bounce back quickly? Check them below:
1) Take a break:
Your brain requires time to rest and reboot. It makes no sense to start getting involved in any academic activities immediately. Hit the gym, go to yoga, run, take a long walk and go to bed early.
2) Observe your feelings:
Frustrated with the way you wrote the exams? Expecting low grades in the subjects which went really bad? Feeling like burning and throwing away all the books and notes? Chill! Observe what’s going in your mind and just kick the horrible feelings like sadness, anxiousness, frustration off to get things back on track. Take deep breaths and be positive and hopeful that everything’s gonna be alright. Talk to your friend/parent/sibling to make you feel better.
3) Try having a “no technology/no shopping” day:
Take sometime to rest, sit at home and watch something that will require no brain activity. A couple of hours spending on comedy movie can rejuvenate your energy levels and make you forget about your exams. Watch a flick that will restore your humor and faith in humanity.
4) Eat chocolates and go to sleep:
Consuming abundant chocolates can cure the effects of depression. Although you won’t get sleep immediately; listening to old songs (not sad ones) or reading a boring novel can put you to sleep. Sleeping not only would put your brain to rest but can make an enormous difference to the quality of your rest.
5) Trust God and don’t worry:
When you can’t control a situation, all you end up doing is worrying. Trusting God can help to let him be in control of everything and shift your focus from worrying about your exams, forgetting your normal boundaries and standards of behaviour.
