They say habits die hard!! Ever wondered why it seems to be so?? Here is where we need to take a moment in retrospection and retaliate it in introspection
Forgiveness: All of us are taught to use the 3 golden words sorry, welcome and thank you but not many of us are taught to forgive and forget.
Gratitude: Usually we tend to forget about the little things and the big things that we are thankful for and when we were small it was encapsulated in just one prayer. Not many of us did know why and what we were praying for??
Discipline: One of the most important aspect of a successful person. Although the basic discipline such as getting up in the morning ,going to bed at fixed time are a few examples of discipline but not everybody follows the following especially today so what we could do is write down a list of ‘the most’ important aspect of our life for example for a kid to it could be H.W, daily chores and sleep pattern. However now let’s do it in a different way let the kids make their own discipline list and let it be like a game with many levels once you finish a set number of tasks in your discipline list.
Dedication:Â One must always remember that it is only dedication in work that helps us tolerate all the stressful situations once we grow up. So whenever one is perfuming a task be it big or small always do it with dedication for a bit of effort will help you go a long way!!
Be happy: Last but not the least is happy!! There is nothing like happiness… one should make sure that one is always happy even during a rough patch to an extent .how many of us have heard the ‘be happy as a greeting’ instead of a normal greeting just add it with a greeting of happiness…Are you happy?? Instead if you see a grumpy face crack a joke instead.
Imagine with these simple habits. Wouldn’t this world be a better PLACE?? So, what are you waiting for try and inculcate these habits in your daily life for HABITS DIE HARD THEY SAY!
