The climate these days is extremely hot and humid. Due to such climate, you can see people falling sick quite often.
The climate is getting worse day by day, and we can’t do much. But the only thing we can do is to take care of our health. Taking care of our health is most important during such season and climate.
People are having bad cold, urine infection, dehydration etc. due to this climate.
As it is said all the diseases and sickness start from one place i.e our stomach.
Eating properly and healthy food is a must during such season.
So today I will sharing with you all some health care tips for this summer season.
1) Healthy Food
As I said above, everything starts from stomach so keeping your stomach health is most important. Try to avoid eating street food if you are used to eating street food as it will carry more germs and bacteria, which can make you sick.
Try to eat a lot of fruits like mostly melons and grapes which are good for health in summer season. You can also make healthy vegetable juices which are tasty as well. One can find so many recipes at YouTube to make these healthy juices.
If you are person who eats a lot of junk food, then cut down on those. Try to find alternatives like organic food which are equally tasty and healthy.
2) Keep Yourself Hydrated.
Drink lots of water at least 2-3 litre per day. Keep a water bottle with you every time you go out. This will reduce the risk of dehydration and urine infection.
During summer season, we to lose out water from our body due to heat. So drinking water will always help you in keeping yourself hydrated.
3) Do A Routine Check-up
Prevention is better than cure, always during such season we tend to fall sick, during such time do a Routine Checkup from your doctor to be on safer side, as you never know what will happen.
I m not scaring you guys but it is always better to take precautions.
4) Walks
During summer season you are already tired due to head and humidity. There is no point to exert yourself more but little exercise is important. So take 20 – 30 minute walks in the evening or in the early morning, these walks will rejuvenate you and will also keep you healthy.
5) HygieneÂ
Maintain a hygienic lifestyle like always carry a sanitizer with  you. Always wash your hands and feet once come back from outside.
If you are using public toilets then make sure they are clean as you can get infected.
If you take care of yourself and follow the above tips then you will do just fine and you wont get sick.
Be extra careful this season and don’t get sick.
