Life is a race, staying fit and healthy when you’re busy is a huge task. Some people are lucky enough to have fit and toned body even after hogging the whole day, but all are not as lucky as they are. Some people put on weight even if they do not eat. Most of us what to exercise and stay healthy but either you do not have the time or you’re too lazy to get up and do something. If you do not have the time and still wanna exercise then fitting exercise into your hectic schedule is easier than you think with these helpful fitness tips that can be easily included in your daily routine.

  1. Make a to-do list

The best way to make the best use of your time is preparing a to-do list that includes all the things you do in the day along with some time for your physical exercise. Prioritise your work and give importance to the thing that requires more work like your health.

  1. Find the time

When it comes to fitness, many people often struggle to find time for it. Even if your schedule is too busy remove at least 15- 30 minutes or even an hour daily for regular exercise. It could either before work or after work hours.

  1. Start small

The enthusiasm of fitness, don’t jump to heavy and long hour workouts. Start small, workout for 10 to 15 minutes then you can work out for more time. As soon as you get the hook of it you will be able to exercise regularly, even when your schedule is packed. 

  1. Walk whenever possible

As everything is available at our foot step we are become way too lazy. We do not even prefer walking a mile. If you do not have the time to exercise at all, then walking will be best for you. You can walk up if possible to your office and back home. You can even walk while having a conversation on your phone or use steps to climb up instead of a lift. Avoid using auto and buses for short distances.

  1. Follow healthy diet

When you are busy your diet suffers and takeaways become a regular part of your diet. Fitness not only comes with physical exercise but also a healthy diet. You need to make sure the right quantity and quality of food is entering your stomach. Learn some quick and easy recipes that you can prepare before you need to rush for work or after coming home. Include more of vegetables like tomatoes, green leafy vegetables, fruits. Also include fish and meat to get the required protein for your body. Avoid eating junk and oily food like fried stuffs.

  1. Take small meals

We have this thing in our mind that “I’ll lose weight if I skip my meal”. This thinking is totally wrong empty stomach creates gas which leads to more weight gain. It’s very important to eat something every two hours to keep your stomach full. It could be anything like fruits, some munchies. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, do not skip breakfast.   

  1. Have an active lifestyle

Everyday work does not give you the time for gyming and other physical exercise. Even if we have the time most of us do not like going to gym for heavy workouts. So it’s best to make exercise fun, you could join dance or aerobics classes for weekend workouts or can even go for swimming or an outdoor games when you have an off. I know it’s hard to work out when you have an off but if health is important you need to do it.

  1. Relax

On busy days the stress level reaches the sky, and stress has a negative impact on health. So when you are stressing out relax and take a break, your body needs to relax in order to stay healthy and fit. You can take a day off and have a good outing with your family, take a hot bath or meditate for a while. Talk, laugh with your loved ones, laughter is the best medicine.

  1. Me too had same problem, lack of time to do workouts made me to put-on weight..
    But some small changes in my daily activities made me fit. as suggested by evaidya online doctor I started using stares in my office and flat. It worked well for me..
