How does it feel to be a Topper in the university exams? Whom will you credit your success to? What was your success mantra?
-I really feel wonderfull being the topper of the college,& the credit for my success goes to my parents as well as teachers who encouraged me. My success mantra is “DON,T STUDY HARD,STUDY SMART”
Did you prepare any timetable and please share your study strategy/exam tips to crack each subject of sem 5?
-No, I didn,t prepared the timetable, I always covered what was taught on that day in the college.
Do you think BMS student require coaching classes or is self-study enough? Had you joined any coaching class for a particular subject?
-It was necessary for the subjects viz.FM,SSF & Logistics.& rest of can be self studied.
What was your specialization subject? Why did you opt for it?
-Finance was my specialized subject, I opted it because I enjoy doing it & also I want to build my career in it.
Can you list the textbooks you referred for all subjects?
-For FM,SSF & LOGISTICS I referred my classes notes & for the rest I referred rishab publications as it was suggested by my college professors.
Which was your worst paper? Why? Which was your best paper? Why?
-My worst paper was FM, as I knew everything & I had practiced a lot but in the examination hall I went fully blank.
My best paper was SSF & I also scored good in it.
Today, we often come across students committing suicide out of failure, depression or tension of exams. What do you have to say about this? Did you use any special techniques for stress management?
-I don’t think suicide is the solution for getting rid of the tensions & depressions and failure must be taken in a positive manner as “failure is the 1st step towards the success”.
The person should keep willpower in it then nothing is impossible to achieve.
No, I didn’t used any stress management techniques, infact I was never stressed for the studies.
The Black Book project contributing a significant part to the percentage, please share the experiences you had during the preparation of the project and how has it benefited you.
-I really enjoyed working on my project “HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT-RECRUITMENT & SELECTION PROCESS AT INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES LTD.,
When I interviewed the employers & employees of Infosys was the best part in my whole project.& the guidance of my sir was an enriching learning experience.
Did you pursue any additional courses/ internships alongside BMS? What are your future plans?
-No, I didn’t pursued any additional courses with BMS,I m planning for MBA in finance.
Any tips and advises for your juniors?
-First of all attending lectures is very helpful as it enriches knowledge. During lectures important points can be jot down which can be very helpful during exams to recall fast & in the practical subjects it needs lots of practice, also there must be some predetermined goals which will activate your state of mind.
