#1. Mark the exam dates on your calendar so that you are sure which exams are on which day and plan everything ahead of time.
#2. Make a timetable to study and prepare. Do not over-study a subject and miss out studying other subjects.
#3. Keep time to watch TV or hangout with friends instead of over-thinking about the exams.
#4. Make sure you wake up early and sleep for atleast 8 hours daily.
#5. Focus on your notes and find a place of your own where you can think and study peacefully.
Before the final exam:
- Don’t go to the exam with an empty stomch.
- Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet – this reduces stress.
- View the exam as an opportunity to show how much you have studied.
- Just relax and don’t try to study new topics before the exam.
During the exam:
- Read the instructions and questions carefully.
- Set time for each section according to the marks allotted.
- If you don’t know any question, skip it now and attempt it later.
- Don’t panic if you don’t know any answer or if other students have completed their exams.
