Star Wars Day is an unofficial holiday in May 2014. It celebrates one of the biggest pop culture phenomenon ever.Â
Star Wars was created by George Lucas.Â
The day is selected as it sounds similar to “May the Force be with you” which fans commonly say “May the fourth be with you.”
The first organized celebration of Star Wars Day had taken place in Toronto, Canada at the Toronto Underground Cinema.Â
Disney celebrates the day by offering free limited edition pins to the first 100 customers who visit its branded stores on 4th may 2014.Â
Star Wars: Episode 7 will be released in December 2015.
