Popularly known as “Gurudev”, Rabindranath Tagore was a renowned Indian to win the Nobel Prize in Literature. He had introduced new prose and verse forms into Bengali literature. He gave India our national anthem. Every year on 7th May, his birth anniversary is celebrated all over India.
