Jeremy Triantafilo was playing around when there is this dog attacked him but his pet cat Tara was quick to the rescue. She chased off the dog in moments.
The amazing cat’s  bravery was captured on video and was soon posted on Youtube.
The clip has been viewed by 5 million viewers  and due to its popularity, ABC News went down to interview the little guy.
The young Jeremy was praising his cat and went on saying how  she had followed him home some two years ago and pronounced the furry feline ‘my hero.’
The cat immediately started sleeping with him in his crib and the pair have shared a bond ever since.
