There was a time when people took all efforts not to get caught together by the paparazzi and would avoid any kind of Public Display of Affection. The yesteryear actors used to like it all as a secret even if there was something serious between them ( you know what I mean :P) and made sure they parted ways as soon as possible before being ‘SPOTTED TOGETHER’ in a restaurant or elsewhere and then making the next day news. But then looks like time has changed a great deal of trends in Bollywood in a few decades.
The way of showing affection for each other is so much different now that it even confuses the paparazzi whether the Public Display of Affection (PDA) is to promote their upcoming movie or they actually have a connection between them apart from just being co-actors! Young actors of today’s generation may or may not admit about their relationship but when they are linked to someone by the media they seem unaffected by the flashes while displaying their likeness for each other. Now that am talking about the young actors a few recent PDAs made the news on the front page.
One of the most talked co-actors not only for their acting skills in Ramleela but also for their way of expressing about working together and their ‘BOND’. Deepika Padukone was kissed by her “co-actor” Ranveer Singh (as they address each other) on her neck on the red carpet of an award function and seem to have affected neither of them! Then comes the 2nd most talked about couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif after their amazing Display of Affection on a beach in Spain ( Ha! caught and captured). Looks like they have finally accepted they are together, after all the efforts media took to get those words out of their mouths. Alia Bhatt and Arjun Kapoor, Saifeena – Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, Bipasha Basu and Harman Baweja, the list goes on and on.. but if it weren’t their PDAs, where would the media get its daily ‘Masala News’ from and the public their gossip? 😉
