Samsung Galaxy S5
Just a month after its launch, Samsung’s flagship phone Galaxy S5 is available online at an average price of Rs 40,000. This mean a price cut of over Rs 10,000 on its official launch price. Launched at Rs 51,500, the phone boasts of features like a heart rate sensor, 4K video recording and a finger print scanner. It’s also water and dust resistant. Galaxy S5 is powered by an Exynos octa-core processor and 3GB RAM, and features a 16MP rear camera.
Lenovo Vibe X
Lenovo has reduced the price of its Vibe X smartphone from Rs 25,999 to Rs 22,999. Lenovo Vibe X was launched in the Indian market in December. It sports a 5-inch 1080p Gorilla Glass 3 display. It’s powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589T processor, 2GB RAM and currently runs Android 2.2 Jelly Bean. Lenovo has started rolling out Android 4.4 KitKat update for the phone.
Nokia Lumia 1020
Nokia Lumia 1020, the smartphone with a 41MP rear camera, is presently available online at Rs 35,500. The phone was officially launched at a price of Rs49,999.Lumia 1020 sports a 4.5-inch (960 x 1280p) display, and comes with Windows Phone 8 operating system, 32GB internal storage, 2GB RAM, Xenon as well as LED flash and a 2,000mAh battery. It features a 1.2MP front-facing camera.
Sony Xperia Z1
Sony’s second flagship phone for 2013, the Xperia Z1 is available online at a price of Rs 35,700. The phone was launched at Rs 44,990.It features a 5-inch full-HD LCD display. The water and dust-resistant phone is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM, the phone sports a 20.7MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera. It runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
Sony Xperia Z Ultra
Sony’s premium phablet, Xperia Z Ultra is amongst the thinnest smartphones in the world. It was launched at a price of Rs 46,990, but is now available for Rs 33,999.Sony Xperia Z Ultra sports a 6.4-inch full-HD Triluminos display. The water and dust-resistant phone is powered by a 2.2GHz quad-core processor and 2GB RAM. It sports an 8MP rear camera (no LED flash) and a 2MP front-facing.
LG G2
LG’s flagship smartphone for 2013, LG G2 is one of the most well rounded smartphones when it comes to features and offers a great battery backup. The phone was launched at Rs 41,500 but can now be acquired at a price of Rs 30,999 (16GB). LG G2 sports a 5.2-inch full-HD (1080×1920) display and is powered by Qualcomm quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.26GHz and 2GB of RAM. It comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants. The phone runs Android 4.4 KitKat.
