Ever noticed that what is the reason behind you doing well in your job? Did you ever give a thought to the motivating factors that led to your success at work? What makes you feel good about your job apart from your interest and dedication which keeps fluctuating with your mood? Thus the answer to all these questions are your work friends and you can’t really deny this fact. Hence we tell you few such work best friends without whom it wasn’t possible for you to grow so much professionally.
1) The trainee colleague
Trainee colleagues or co-workers are those persons who join the company after or before you joined and then there are other co-workers who started their career with the company, just like you. So it’s like since you guys are together from the starting they know you properly and can understand you more than anyone else. You tend to do all the things together even if it includes bitching about your manager in front of other colleagues
2) The tech person
No matter whatever field you are in be it architecture, media or any other field there is always this one friend who have a wide knowledge of how things work and willingly helps you out if you’re stuck somewhere technical wise.
3) The one who possesses full control on your boss
You will also have this friend at work on whom your boss is totally depended and has a good influence on your boss. Be it the assistant the one who has been there from the very beginning and your boss doesn’t think twice before talking to him/her. He/she has a complete idea of what’s going on and even the ways to impress your boss. He/She even knows the things that are on chart and going to be announced soon. Do you need me to give you any more advantages of keeping such a friend at work?
