Barack Hussein Obama the 44th& the current president of the world’s powerful country i.e United States Of America (U.S.A) & the first African American to hold the office.
Obama was born on 4th August 1961 in Honolulu, Hawaii to his mother Stanley Ann & father Barack Obama Sr. but he use to live with his grandparents Madelyn & Stanley Dunham where he completed his graduation from high school in 1979. After his high school graduation Obama moved to Los Angeles in1979 to attend Occidental college. In February 1981 he made his first public speech, calling for Occidental to participate in the disinvestment from South Africa in response to that nation’s policy of apartheid Later in 1981 he transferred as a juniorto Columbia College in New York where he majored in political science.
Two Years after graduation, Obama was hired in Chicago as director of Developing communities Project. He worked there as a community organizer from June 1985 Â toMay 1elected as senior lecture988. And then he was elected as senior lecturer in University of Chicago Law School.
Obama was elected to the Illinois Senate in 1996. He was re-elected as a senator of Illinois in 2002. He played major role in U.S. senate campaign in 2004. After his success & hard work he was a senator of U.S & thus becoming the only Senate member of the Congressional Black Caucus. On November 16, 2008 he resigned from the post of senator to focus on transition phase of presidency.
He then was inaugurated as the president of United States on 20th January 2009 & the cheery on the cake for Obama is he is also an Nobel Peace Prize laureate. Not only that he has been able to defeat the the biggest enemy of humanity i.e Osama Bin Laden. Hope his run will continue like this & make this world a better place.
