Ramadan is the holiest month of the Islamic calendar which begins at the sighting of the new moon, and is when the Holy Quran was first revealed to the Prophet Muhammad. In Ramadan Muslims fast during the daylight hours, and try to spend more time in worship. After Ramadan ends Muslims celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, which lasts for 3 days. They attend special prayers at the mosque and thank Allah for His blessings and His mercy.
1)Â
Rahoon Ki ye shaam aur yadoon ka ye sama
Apni palkoon mein hargiz sitare na layain gay
Rakhna Sambhal k tum chund khushiyan mere liye
Main laut k aaonga phir EID Manain gay…
2)Â
Jo log EID ka chand nikalney ka intezar ker rahay hain,
Un k liye Itla’an Arz hai k wo aram karain
kion k mera aaj ghar se bahir nikalnay
ka koi irada nahin haiÂ
3)Â
Suhani dhoop barsat k baad,
Thori si hasi her baat k baad,
Usi tarah ho mubarak aap ko,
Yeh EID Ramadan k baad.
EID Mubarak
