Explain The Concept of Intrapreneurs

• Concept of Intrapreneur:

A] Introduction:-

             Due to high technology , increasingly global competitive pressures, new market opportunities, need for innovation & timely action in a rapidly changing business environment, a new rare heroes have come to the forefront in large organization called Intrapreneurs.

B] Definition:-

              An intrapreneur is defined as; “ Any of the dreamers who do”.

                  Those who take hand on responsibility for creating innovation of any kind within the organization.

C] Meaning:-

             Intrapreneurs are entrepreneurs who stay at home, who hold catch of new idea for a product, process or service & work to bring their vision to fruition within the framework of the organization.

D] Conclusion:-

             Intrapreneurship is not just a way to increase the level of innovation & productivity of the organizations but more importantly it is a way of organizing vast business on sound footing, thereby contributing to the well being of the society.
