1) Tell us about yourself
My Name is Soumya Nadar. I am doing FYBMS From Malini Kishor Sanghvi college of commerce and economics. I am very hardworking and a sincere person.
2) How and when did you get started with writing?
My Friend told me about this Internship.I was very excited about it. I have learnt many things from this Internship. The journey was amazing.
3) What do you mean by leadership and What is your greatest strength and weakness as a leader?
A person who guides or directs others to do some work to achieve some common objectives is a leader. Leadership is the responsibility of the leader to complete the given task effectively and efficiently.
My greatest strength as a leader is to perform the task in the given time effectively and efficiently and my weakness as a leader is that i am very friendly so I cannot be strict with people.
4) What are your favorite books – and why?
I like novels written by Agatha Christie. The genre of her novels are Murder mystery, Thriller, Crime Fiction, Detective, Romance. I like to read books which are filled with Mysteries, thrillers etc
5) Favorite films?
I like Bollywood films which are Inspirational and Motivational such as I am Kalam, 3idiots, Lakshya, Bhaag Milkha Bhaag and many more.
6) Favorite Music?
I like all Bollywood songs.

8) Who has influenced you the most in your life? And Why?
My parents have influenced me the most in my life.
All I have today is because of my parents.
9) What next after the BMS.co.in internship?
I want to do my Internship in a Multinational Company where I want to experience how actual work is done in an office.
10) What tips would you like to give to the upcoming writers / interns of BMS.co.in?
According to me the Programme is well designed so i feel there is no need for any changes.
11) Through this struggle and success, what have you learned?
I have learnt a lot from this internship. Being competitive, Hardworking, completing work on time etc.
12) Your feedback/suggestions for BMS.co.in?
I just want to Thank BMS.CO.IN for giving me such a wonderful Experience in my life.
