Mr. Joseph, as information executive from BELCO, is given an interesting task of developing a support system for the ‘Marketing Division – Market Research’ of the company. The market research department has got 2 major responsibilities – investigation for supporting new product launching and close observation for collecting feedback from the present customers for the present product lines.
Mr. Joseph is given total freedom to decide on all micro and macro aspects of the support system. He is supposed to design an optimal system with adequate flexibility and in-built control mechanism.
