There are many memories in our life from school to college where we meet new people, new teachers and learn new things. I honestly feel teachers have a very important and vital role to play in nation building by making their pupils good and useful citizens.
Just like clay takes the desirable shape of the potter, it’s the teachers who can make or bring positive reform among students for their as well as country’s betterment.
Right now in BMS stream Prof. Kiran Singh is the best and kind by nature and helps any student who really needs her. She is qualified in M.com, MBA (HR), B.Ed, DEM and very much loyal to her profession.
In last semester, she used to teach me Principles of Management and various subjects like Human Resources Development, Foundation of Human Skills, Business Environment, and Business Ethics and so on. She believes that education is the only tool which can bring desirable change in society not only to earn but she wants each person to be educated and wants to work for betterment of our society. She teaches in a way wherein all students learn the concepts in the class itself. She gives us examples on practical life as well. Suppose if she is teaching on leadership then she will ask wonderful and interesting questions so that students participate with enthusiasm and communication level increases. She gave us various case studies which helped us to know about different problems faced in business and study management in detail. Presentations increased my confidence level; way of convincing and how we can manage, plan, direct, organize, control and most important to coordinate. I praise her a lot and I wish the time spent with her in this few days has made me her fan. She sees to it that she involves all students in the college activities. BMS is not only to learn about management but also to learn about modern life and new ways of finding solutions. She keeps us updated by discussing about the marketing techniques of the advertisements. Our Industrial Visit was the most memorable trip where we got to know how various operations of the company works. She helps students to know their interest area and guide us in our paths. She motivates students to participate in management games, essay contests, logo making, presentations and many other contests.
She motivates us to score good marks in all subjects. Even if we have any doubt in other subject, she is ready to help us. For her subject, every student is inspired to give their best shot. She expects discipline and punctuality from her students. She carefully plans her lessons and presents them in a lively way so that students would be interested in learning. Interest would naturally result in attention and achievement. She tells us about real life experiences also. She works with sincerity and honesty.
I feel Prof. Kiran is an all-rounder in her profession. All that I have learnt from her is to:
- Work with dedication
- Always be punctual with your profession
- Communication, coordinator and leadership qualities helps to improve confidence
Lastly, I would like to say that if behind every successful man, there is a woman then behind every successful student, there is a teacher. Doctors, Lawyers or CEOs all have been a student in their life and are successful and happy in life only because of the strong support from their teachers. TEACHERS – wonderful gift given by God and we should respect and value such wonderful souls on this earth.
