Industrial Licensing:
Under the industrial licensing, the three categories of industry would be reserved for development in the public sector.
- The first category includes the industry, the future of which will be the responsibility of the State. For example: Arms and Ammunition, Defense Equipment, etc.
- Â The second category will consist of industries, which will be progressively state owned and in which the state will generally take the initiative in establishing new undertakings but in which private enterprises will also be expected to supplement the effort of the State. For Example: Roads, Fertilizers, Railways, etc.
- The third category will include all the remaining industries and their future development will be left to the initiative of the private sector.
