An Interview with Sayyed Mansoor Diljan, TYBMS Sem 5 Topper, S.I.W.S. College (73.83%)
I was not at all expecting to top in the exams. I just wanted to score good marks. There was no such intuition of being ranker or something. And I will give credit to my professors who always supported me in my studies. I used to practice practical subjects like FM and SSF from day one but theory was started few weeks before. I didn’t make a timetable. I studied simultaneously alongwith the portion completed in classes and college. Daily practice FM and SSF and study theory subjects by writing. I had joined Mahesh Tutorials and I think students require coaching classes for proper and regular guidance. I was in the organizing committee of my college event. BMS students can obviously mange both as they are FUTURE MANAGERS. My stress management techniques were playing cricket and go out for movies. I have visited industries like CIPLA, JINY AND JONY, CELLO etc. and I don’t think number of industries should be increased. BMS should have more personality development subjects. There is no need to take much stress regarding studies. Also give time for other activities. Be positive and give your best. I am planning for MBA in Finance. BMS.co.in is doing a good job and it encourages and motivates a lot of BMS students.
