Psychometric test- SAQ

SAQ, a unique offering of Possibilities Labs Pvt Ltd (PLPL), is a multiple-choice Psychometric instrument that effectively analyses the various human personality factors to discover and measure several of the fundamental traits of human personality. SAQ test reports provides many characteristic traits that are bi-polar in nature i.e both ends of each scale have a distinct, meaningful interpretation.  The item content is non-threatening and covers simple questions about everyday behaviors, interests and opinions. One significant characteristic of SAQ is that its items tend to take cognizance of a broad range of actual behaviors by asking questions about daily, concrete situations, rather than asking the test-taker to simply make a self-assessment of their own personality traits as many other tests do. Thus, errors caused due to the person’s own self-image (dependent on the individual’s view of themselves), their level of self-awareness, their perception of “right or wrong” and their defensiveness about their actual traits – all of which give skewed readings – are eliminated in SAQ. Instead, most SAQ questions tend to ask about actual behavioral situations that help in overcoming these barriers.
