DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION OF PRE-ENROLMENT FORM

a.       Pre-Admission Form.

b.       Printed Copy of Pre-Enrollment Form (College Copy) of University of Mumbai.

c.       Attested copy of XIIth Marksheet.

d.       Application under SPORTS / CULTURAL / RESERVE / SPECIAL CATEGORY.  (photo copy of the documents in support of their application under the said category).

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

a.       Admission form in original (Green Colour).

b.       Printed Copy of Pre-Enrollment Form (College Copy) of University of Mumbai

c.       Original Marksheet of Std. XIIth along with six attested photo copies.

d.       Original Leaving certificate with three attested photo copies.

e.       Original Passing Certificate & Migration Certificate with two attested photocopies (for other than Maharashtra Board Students).

f.       Two attested copies of std. Xth Marksheet.

g.       Five latest passport size photographs. (COLOUR)

h.       Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- (Sindhi Students).

i.       Two attested copies of caste certificate in case of OBC/SBC/SC/ST/NT category.

j.       Two attested photocopies of AADHAR Card. (if available)

Note: Please keep at least 20 attested copies of std. XII marksheet and Leaving Certificate for your future requirements.
