2) Innovation means continuous improvement in the same idea. It gives marginal benefits
3) The process of creativity as follows:
a. Unconscious scanning
i. Involves absorption of problem.
ii. Problem is vague
b. Intuition
i. Thinking through problem
ii. Based on gut level
c. Insight
i. Comes, when the thoughts are not focussed on problem. Comes as lightening. Lasts for a short period of time
d. Logical formulation
i. Insights need to be tested through logic & experiments.
