1) Marksheet of respective examination

2) Photocopy of question paper of the respective subject.

3) Identity card (Xerox copy and original)

4) Fees by cash per paper : Revaluation : Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- for Reserve Category) ,Photocopy Rs.100/ (Rs.50/- for Reserve Category) & Form Fees of Rs.10/-

5) Reserve Category students should attach the Xerox copy of Caste Certificate and valid. Non Creamy layer Certificate in case of DT/NT OBC & SBC candidates.
