Tell us something about yourself?
My name is Adison Chan. I’ve graduated my MBA Entrepreneurial Management & Innovation (Major in Marketing), Beijing Concorde University and I was JCI President (2008-2009), Junior Chamber International Kuching, Worldwide Federation of Young Leaders And Entrepreneurs.
I start working since I was 15 years old, as a part time waiter in a 5 Star hotel. After my Form 5, I came to Singapore and started out as Sales Assistant in a Departmental Store. After my contract ended, I went back to my home town and started first sales job with a Direct selling company, selling products from door to doors. After 5 years then I ventured into Real Estate career. I’ve more than 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in Real Estate.

I’m into Internet Marketing & Coaching. We help Young Entrepreneur to realize their dreams and financial freedom. Only requires as low as $100 and they can start doing business. I strongly believe that MLM or Network marketing is the best way for ordinary people to achieve their financial goals.
According to you, what is management all about?
Management = Manage Men & Time
Management is an act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives efficiently and effectively. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, and controlling an organization or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal.

Your views on Corporate World?
It is difficult to climb the ladder of success in the corporate world, and many say that one needs X factor & there has been a great deal of research on the X factor, which brings us power, charisma and respect. The corporate world has been keen on adopting the principles of the X factor, which are the keys to success. In my experience, I have discovered the X factor is not created by something we do; it is created by things we do not do.
What is your philosophy towards work?
My philosophy towards work is to always deliver more than what you get. Add value to the organization and enhance your own value by way of working not only by reading. Work like there is no more tomorrow.
Tell us about the most fun you have had on the job?
Making new friends and networking all around the world. Helping people achieving their Financial Freedom.
“Earning more and more” is the motive behind doing BMS? Is it justifiable?
Everyone must have some theory in Management. When you go to the corporate world BMS is very helpful in your first step into Corporate World. You can’t be a management level without having the basis theory of management.
Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her BMS important while entering into corporate world?
No. The most important is they must implement or apply what they have learned when entering to the corporate world.
What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?
Never gives up, everyday is a learning day.
