Applications are invited for Five Year Integrated Programme in Management (BMS-MBA) at Thane Sub-Campus of University of Mumbai every year during June-July.
Minimum Eligibility requirement:
The admission is based only on All India Merit Rank of Mumbai University Common Management Entrance Test (MUCMET) for BMS-MBA.
To be eligible for MUCMET, a candidate should have obtained a Higher Secondary School / Intermediate (10 plus 2) or its equivalent certificate from a recognized board in the first attempt with not less than 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of reserved category candidates) and should be below 20 years of age on 1st July (22 years in case of reserved category candidates and Persons with disability PWD candidates). {85% of seats is reserved for students qualified and domiciled in Maharashtra.}

Instructions for admission to 5 year Integrated Programme in Management – BMS MBA:
- Proforma of the application is available on the website www.mu.ac.in.
- Students who are interested have to take a printout of the same, fill completely in CAPITAL LETTERS in Black ink and submit it to the office of the Thane Sub Campus.
- Each application form must be accompanied by a DEMAND DRAFT favouring FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER, UNIVERISTY OF MUMBAI for Rs. 500/- (open category) and Rs. 250/- (reserved category) payable at Mumbai.
- Also photocopy of certificates of age, caste (where applicable) and education qualification alongwith 2 passport sized photographs of the candidate need to be submitted alongwith the completed application form.
- MUCMET is a Multiple Choice Objective type question test which has questions based on comprehension, quantitative ability, logic, general awareness about current affairs, diplomatic relationships, business, industry and commercial developments.
- Incomplete forms will not be considered.
- 85% of the seats shall be reserved for students qualified and domiciled in Maharashtra.
- In the year 2015, the test was conducted on 2nd July 2015 from 12pm to 2pm and the last date for the application is 26th June 2015.
- Submission details are:
- Between 11am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 4pm.
- On working days (except on Sundays, second and fourth Saturdays and Public holidays).
- Hall ticket is a part of application form. When the form is submitted to office, they will stamp the photograph.
- All students are required to bring the duly filled-in form, photograph pasted and stamped hall ticket issued while submitting the application form, any additional photo identity proof (Passport, UID),black ball pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners etc.
- No calculators / mobile phones/ electronic devices / reading materials etc. shall be permitted during the conduct of the MUCMET exam.
