So after a lot of rumours and leaked images of the product, Apple on 10th of September finally unveiled not one but two of its prime product, Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 plus. With the introduction of these two products, apple made some of the revolutionary changes in their Iphone line up since the launch of iphone 4. Not only the display are larger than their previous phones but they also feature a new design which is much more rounder than the previous one. So is it worth cashing in into the new product let’s see.
So Iphone 6 comes with a 4.7-inch display which is bit larger than its predecessor Iphone 5s which comes with a gentle 4 inch display. So this can be seen as strategic decision to deal with other smartphone giants like HTC, Samsung, Sony and many more which are competing against each other. Though 4.7 inch can be an big upgrade as it makes comfortable to use the device easily single handedly. Whether its to reach a particular icon or going to home button it will never be a problem. However if any user faces a problem double tapping the home button will activate iOS8 “Reachability”, doing so it will divide the screen into half and will make the icon in reach which were out of reach before, and it works not matter which app you use.Despite being large by its side its comfortable to hold the device with round edges that makes it handy.
If we speak of Iphone 6 plus the display is 5.5 inch which is huge, and it makes Apple’s first “phablet”. But its display may be it own enemies as such the product of such huge display are rarely seen in hand of everyone. As the reason for it is slippery aluminium body which makes it risky to handle. Holding it the user have to be very careful as it slip through the hand.Since the display is huge its obvious that it would be little inconvenient to use the device single handedly. You might even have to use both of your hand to use it.
With the increase in the size of the display the resolution of the Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 plus has also increased and improved. The iPhone 6 is equipped with a 1,334 x 750 resolution screen, while the iPhone 6 Plus packs a 1,920 x 1,080 display.
Though Iphone are known are known for its best display in the world, they are known for their other features too. News are the processor to be used in both the phones will be A8 with some improved camera quality. These will be better known once the product is out in the market.
So with both the launching and hitting the stores it is but obvious that next quater belong to Apple in the market of smartphone. Both Iphone 6 and Iphone 6 plus will launched on September 19. However if you can’t wait for it being available in your nearest stores than you can pre-order it and it begins from September 12
