Bayern have always been the favorites to win the domestic league are the most consistent team in the champions league. The munich club reached back to back finals, in which they won the second time beating arch rivals Borussia Dortmund .Bayern munich have always had a strong team and the potential resources to compete for any player in the market. Bayern munich have a terrific home unbeaten record at the magnificent new Allianz stadium.
Bayern this year will again enter the league as defending champions and looks like it would be more than an uphill task to dethrone the German giants. Borussia Dortmund their fiercest rivals lack experience and the quality after losing some of their most talented players like Mario Gotze and Robert lewandowski to Bayern Munich. Turn down of a contract extension from Marco rues has deepened the problems of jurgen klopp. Bayern munich have the tendency to snatch talented players from their rival clubs and that has also been one of the reasons for their success.
Bayern Munich appointed Josep guardiola as their manager last season. With Josep came a possession style of play which brought so much success for Pep Guardiola at Barcelona. Bayern fans where delighted as the new manager proved his abilities and delivered a successful season. Bayern have bought Lewandowski for free and have let Mario Mandzukic and Toni Kroos go. Lewandowski being one of the best strikers in Europe would do a world of good to the current Bayern side.
 
Fans would be hoping that this season to the team would add more silverware to their trophy cabinet. And guardiola and his men would be hoping for a better display in the champion’s league after the severe thrashing in the semifinals by Real Madrid. Overall it looks like the domestic league is heading only one way toward the Bayern Munich, and it would be interesting to see how they perform in the champion’s league for the ultimate prize of Europe.
