Important Rules and Regulation

1. Entries only on valid college I-Card.
2. Only management students will be allowed.
3. No refund to be provided after cancellation.
4. Drinking and smoking prohibited.
5. No Abusive language or signs allowed.
6. Participants will be disqualified if found in any misbehaviour inside the college campus.
7. Events timings are liable to change according to the requirements. Kindly bear with us. Changes will be informed
8. Rules and regulations of certain events will be explained in the C.L meeting.
9. Decision made by the jury will be final and binding.
10. Laser torches, other destructive items will be permanently confiscated.
11. No substation will be allowed after registration or elimination.
12. Members/participants must be present at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
13. Any person found with any kind of weapon will not be allowed in the college campus.

SPORTS EVENTS

FOOTBALL Entry fee: Rs.250/-

• No Spot Entries
• 7+2 Players Per Team
• First 8 teams only
• 2 Rolling Substitutes Allowed
• 7 Minutes Half Time
• No Offside
• No Corners
• Each Team Should Have Common Color Jersey
• Objection Can be Taken By Team Captain Only
• Referee’s Decision Would Be Last Decision
• No Abusive Language on Field.

CIRCLE CRICKET Entry fee: Rs.200/-

• No Spot Entries
• First 16 Teams To Be Included
• 8+1 Players Per Team
• Maximum 2 Teams Per College
• 4 Over’s Match
• Free Hit for No-Ball
• Power Play for Batting Side
• Umpire’s Decision Would Be Final
• Objection Can Be Taken By Team Captain Only
• Only 3 Objections Allowed By a Team
• If Any Abusive Language or Gestures Done by Player, The Team Will Be Disqualified On The Spot
• Under The Rope 4 Runs and 6 Runs, Directly over the Rope will be Given Out.

TREASURE HUNT Entry fee: Rs.100/-

• No Spot Entries
• First 10 Teams To Be Included
• 4 Members Per Team, 1 Girl and 1 Boy Compulsory
• Treasure Keys To Be Provided To The Contestants
• Distance Between The Team Mates Must Not Be More Than 10 Feet
• Time Limit Would Be Given
• Further Instructions Would Be Given In The C.L. Meet.

CARROM [SINGLES & DOUBLES] Entry fee: Singles-Rs.50/- Doubles-Rs.80/-

• No Spot Entries
• First 16 Entries for Mixed Doubles
• First 32 Entries for Singles
• 2 Members Per Team
• 4 Breaks For Mixed Doubles
• 2 Breaks For Singles
• Change Of Playing Hand is Prohibited
• Participant should bring his/her own Striker.

TUG OF WAR Entry fee: Rs.50/-

• On The Spot Entries Allowed
• 5 Members Per Team [2 Girls Compulsory Per Team]
• Referee’s Decision Would Be The Final
• No Abusive Language On Field
• 3 Sets per Match.

TABLE TENNIS Entry fee: Rs.50/-

• No Spot Entries
• First 16 Entries only
• Service Changes After Every 2 Points
• Players Will Not Be Allowed To Play On Without Shorts and Shoes
• Finals Will Be Best Of 2.

MANAGEMENT EVENTS

CROSSWORD

• OTSE allowed.

• 3 Rounds will be held.

• No extra time will be provided.
• Contestant who solves maximum puzzle first will be selected for the next round.
• Judges decision will be Final.

BUSINESS BAZIGAAR +AD GURUS

• No OTSE allowed.
• First 8 entries only.
• 5 Participants per team (1 girl/1 boy compulsory)
• 1 team per college.
• 4 Rounds –
  • 1^st Round – pricing strategy & target market.
  • 2^nd Round – sales & marketing techniques.
  • 3^rd Round – launching the product.
  • 4^th Round- live Ad to be performed on the stage.
  • One hour time will be provided to each team.
  • No use of vulgar language or abusive words will be entertained.
  • Judges decision will be Final.

MASK PAINTING

• OTSE allowed.
• Only the mask will be provided
• Colours and other requirement should be brought by the participants.
• Half n hour time will be provided to prepare the mask.
• No extra time will be provided.
• Judges decision will be Final.

COLLAGE MAKING

• OTSE allowed.
• Magazines and pictures of cartoons will be provided.
• Time limit is One hour only and no extra time will be given.
• Theme will be given on the spot.
• Material provided to you must be utilized fully.
• Other stationary or requirements should be brought by participants.
• Judges decision will be Final.

WRAP THE SCRAP

• OTSE allowed.
• Waste materials and other scraps will be provided.
• Time limit is One hour only and no extra time will be given.
• Material provided to you must be utilized fully.
• Other stationary or requirements should be brought by participants.
• Judges decision will be Final.

QUIZ

• Unlimited entries allowed.
• 2 Members per team.
• Maximum 2 teams per college.
• 4 Rounds will be held.
• Judges decision will be Final.

DEBATE

• First 16 entries only.
• 2 Members per team.
• Maximum 2 teams per college.
• You should talk for or against the topic.
• No abusive language should be used.
• 5 Mins to speak to both the teams.
• Speak on the topic only; don’t be diplomatic or politically correct.
• 3 Rounds will be held.
• Judges decision will be Final.

BRAIN TEASERS

• OTSE allowed.
• Unlimited entries allowed.
• 2 Members per team.
• Maximum 2 teams per college.
• 3 Rounds will be held.
• Judges decision will be Final.

BROAD PRINT JOURNALISM  (NEWS REPORTING +RADIO SHOW)

• Inverted pyramid style.
• Headlines / subhead lines.
• 5W 1H.
• Byline & Dateline.
• Original tone.
• No abusive language.
• Per team 2 participants.
• Maximum 10 teams.
• 1 team per college.
• Total 4 rounds.

–      Writing Skills (5min preparation, 20min for writing, and 250 words).

–      Presentation Style (5min preparation, 3min presentation).

–      Radio news (5min Preparation, minimum 1min – maximum 3minPresentation).

–      Radio Jingle (5min preparation, 45sec – 1min duration) for finalist only.

SHARE MARKET (RICH MARKET)

• Maximum 60 Participants.
• Top 25 companies listed in NSE/BSE.
• Imaginery cash of Rs. 10 lacs will be given.
• Demo session will be provided.
• Market duration will be of 5 hours.
• Profit & Loss of each contestant will be managed by a trader from our side.
• Each contestant will have to give required amount of shares and the details of the company with per share price to the trader and the trader will make his/her account.
• The contestant who makes maximum profit is the winner.

SHORT FILMS

• Unlimited entries allowed.
• 10-12 minutes films.
• Movies should be either in following languages- English, Hindi & Marathi.
• The movie format should be in MPEG/AVI/WMV.
• Open theme for movies.
• Films should be provided 2 hrs prior to the event.
• No vulgar and abusive language to be used in the movie.

CULTURAL EVENTS

SOLO DANCE Entry fee: Rs.50/-

• No OTSE.
• Unlimited entries for audition.
• 3 min’s per performance, if exceeded negative marking will be given.
• 5 performances would be selected for the finals.
• 2 cd’s in mp3 formats, to be submitted to the committee, 1 hour prior to the event.
• Audition date would be declared during the CL meet.
• Decent dress code to be maintained.
• No vulgarity on stage would be entertained, if noticed the participant will be disqualified.

DUET DANCE Entry fee: Rs.100/-

• No OTSE.
• Unlimited entries for auditions.
• Mixed doubles are also allowed.
• 4 min’s per performance, if exceeded negative marking will be given.
• 5 performances would be selected for the finals.
• 2 cd’s in mp3 formats, to be submitted to the committee, 1 hour prior to the event.
• Audition date would be declared during the CL meet.
• Decent dress code to be maintained.
• No vulgarity on stage would be entertained, if noticed the participants will be disqualified.

GROUP DANCE Entry fee: Rs.150/-

• No OTSE.
• unlimited entries for auditions.
• Minimum 5 & maximum 8 members in a group.
• Maximum 7 min’s per performance, if exceeded negative marking will be given.
• 5 performances would be selected for the finals.
• 2 cd’s in mp3 formats, to be submitted to the committee, 1 hour prior to the event.
• Audition date would be declared during the CL meet.
• Decent dress code to be maintained.
• No vulgarity on stage would be entertained, if noticed the whole group will be disqualified.

MOOZHIK Entry fee: Rs.50/- Instruments:-

• Guitar
• Keyboard
• Tabla
• Drums

• No OTSE.
• Unlimited entries for auditions.
• 4 min’s per performance.
• If possible, participants should carry their own instruments.
• Performance would be judged as per the instrument.
• 2 performances of each instrument would be selected for the finals.
• Audition date would be declared during the CL meet.

PERSONALITY CONTEST Entry fee: Rs.50/-

• OTSE allowed.
• Unlimited entries.
• 9 male& 9 female contestants would be selected for next round in the audition (elimination round).
• 4 rounds will be conducted (elimination, intro.+creative, talent, judges).
• 3 min’s per person for talent round.
• Dress code for guys-Formals & girls-saree.
• Audition date & further information would be provided in the CL meet.
• Decent dress code to be maintained.
• No vulgarity on stage would be entertained, if noticed the whole group will be disqualified.
