Service Mapping or Flowcharting
Flowcharting can be applied to any type of services when a management needs to gain, a better understanding of how the service is created and delivered. It is also known as service mapping when portraying an existing situation and service blueprinting , when planning a new or revised process and prescribing how it ought to function.
