Def Credence Qualities:- A true aspect of few services which cant be evaluated by a consumer like us, even after full consumption. However being a consumer we can perceived it’s existance, sometimes makes us feel better or unhappy.
E.G. Medical Advice or Legal Counselling…

Chill maaro.. Service Sector always sucks a big time. Out last year’s paper was much worst than this. Concentrate on the rest. Good Luck..
