EAMCET Results 2014 have been announced today i.e. 9 June 2014. The exam was conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) on 22 May 2014.

All candidates who cleared the exam securing the qualifying marks will be assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of the combined score.
The merit list is prepared by calculating 75% weightage to marks secured in EAMCET 2014 and 25% weightage to relevant group subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry of the qualifying exam.
Tie Breaker procedure for students scoring same marks:
i) The total marks secured in EAMCET-2014
ii) The Marks secured in mathematics in EAMCET-2014
iii) The marks secured in Physics in EAMCET-2014
iv) The Percentage of Aggregate marks secured in the qualifying examination
v) If the tie still persists, the older (based on date of birth) being given preference over the younger.
The weightage of marks, in case of candidates belonging to the category of Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders, will be decided by a committee constituted by the competent authority.
