Effective Change Management is important because, while change is inevitable and necessary, people’s responses vary greatly.
a. Monitor changes to see what unforeseen responses might arise. Choose timing carefully and the scope of change should be appropriate.
b. Work with those in the organization that are supporters of change for support.
c. Maintain open communication with those affected by the change.
