Some of the things you can find out about your weight.
- Waist to hip ratio= measurement of waist/ measurement of hip.
Waist = 28 inches, hips = 34 inches
W : H = 28 / 34 = 0.82.
- Body mass index (bmi) = weight (kgs) / height ( in m2 )
W = 45 KGS, H = 1.6m
BMI = 45 / (1.6)* (1.6)
This is the way you calculate the bmi of a person and find out how obese, underweight or over weight a person is.
