Motivator provides staff with positive motivation to do something. They include achievement, praise, opportunity for growth, job satisfactions, interest of you don’t offer your employer these motivators, and they will not be motivated. Hygiene factors, on the other hand don’t in themselves motivated, they provide the right environment for employer to be motivated.
