First day at mithibai!!!

Well the minute we hear the word mithibai we get an image of one of the most well-known institutes. As we all are well aware of the fact that getting into mithibai college and especially in the bms course {bachelor of management studies} is in itself a tough job but as god had better plans i got in here. I have completed my junior college from r.d. national college which is also a well known college but mithibai was an overall new experience for me as life here is totally different. It has got a world of its own.

My college started on the very first day of july. As it was, the monsoon season i had to reach college before time as first impression is the last impression and so, i wanted it to be the best. At 1 i reached college and was informed by the courteous and helpful office staff that time-table division and roll number of the fybms batch 2014-2015 will be displayed on the 6^th floor on the bms notice board respectively. And so i got into the lift and went to the place mentioned.

I was in class room number 802 on the 8^th floor in the b division with 60 intelligent and good-looking classmates. As we were strangers to each other we all tried to talk and get to know each and every person we met. My very first friends were hiral and pinal. Time passed and our 1^st lecture began at 1:30pm. The very first lecture was of our mentor- ms. Kanu priya sharma. Kanu mam is a beautiful soft-hearted and an intelligent professor she introduced herself in a graceful manner and made us familiar with the rules and regulations of the college, we also introduced ourselves to her.

Initially i was very stressed as i am from the arts faculty and bms is all along a very different course for me but my stress level decreased as and when days passed because of the knowledgeable faculty that mithibai has, i hardly faced any difficulty even though i had no background of accounts and maths. Our teachers make it a point to make the teaching learning process as interesting and entertaining as it could be. From the very first day they put in a lot of efforts to make us understand to take each problem of life as a challenge and deal with it calmly and in a proper manner.

In the break i went to the huge canteen whose menu had covered almost all the famous and delicious dishes. By the time college got over it was 5:30pm we had all met our respected professors who would be guiding us in the next three years. Later i went to the library, gymkhana, juhu jagruti seminar auditorium and got a little more familiar with the college.

Last but not the least i was appointed as the cr of the class in a week or two and it was the happiest day of my life because i had got majority of votes. Thanks to my class mates they made me feel very special.
