Franchising is a type of structure whereby ownership to a limited level is being transferred by the owner and promoter of the brand (Franchisor) to those who wish to takes it (Franchisee) in lieu of certain returns. In simple words, Franchising are marketing and distribution methods transferred from franchisor to franchisee for making huge profit and to make more awareness.

Tracking large class of customers by taking the product nearby in their locality is the main aim of franchisor i.e. Wide coverage of markets.
