BMS course was introduced by Mumbai University in 1999. HR BMS has devisd its own style of teaching the course to equip students with required skill sets. At HR BMS, the college aims to develop managers with a sense of passion, creativity and commitment. HR BMS students are taught how to, and not what to think, and are encouraged to develop the quintessential skills of effective communication, motivation and group dynamics. At HR BMS, knowledge and extra-curriculars are pursued hand in hand with the aim of developing complete individuals with strong personal values. BMS course integrates industry interaction in the form of guest lectures, summer internships, field visits, live projects and develops communication skills and team work through presentations and workshops.
