K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce is ranked 3^rd in Commerce stream in Mumbai and 14^th in All India level in 2013 as per India Today. The college is reaccredited by NAAC with Grade A. K.J. Somaiya College is an autonomous college from the academic year 2012 to 2018. The current principal of the college is Dr. Sudha Vyas who is a recognized Ph.D. guide in Gujarati.
