Students have to completely fill in the admission form alongwith printout of university pre-enrolment form together with required documents : original mark statement of HSC or equivalent examination, original provisional eligibility certificate for candidates from other board, original leaving certificate from the junior college last attended, minority declaration affidavit on Rs. 100/- stamp paper, original caste certificate for verification if applicable, 1 passport size photo for the i-card.
