US giant Google has devised one of its iconic six colorful illustrations that replace the letters in the word Google to celebrate today’s limited overs clash between India and Sri Lanka in Mirpur. Google doodle shows cheering fans, a bowler in full flow and a batsman cracking the ball for six. It also depicts a fielder in action and a close up of a ball leaving a bowler’s hand.
India had taken the title in 2007 when he International Cricket Council (ICC) held the inaugural limited overs World Cup in 2007 in South Africa. As Sri Lanka has never won the tournament, today Indians hope to win it for a second time.Â
