The HTC Desire 620G had quietly made its unofficial debut in India through multiple e-commerce websites already. This highly suggests that the device could be getting a proper launch in the country very soon.
The HTC Desire 620G is basically a variant of the Desire 620 that sports an octa core 1.7GHz Cortex A7 processor and 3G connectivity. The latter smartphone on the other hand, has a 1.2GHz quad core Snapdragon 410 chipset and 4G LTE support.
Apart from these, the Desire 620G contains about 32GB of external storage, while the original model accepts microSD cards of up to 128GB. The rest of the features are more or less the same. HTC has fitted a 5-inch 720p HD display on the front and what appear to be dual BoomSound speakers, although this hasn’t been confirmed as yet.
Talking about the cameras there are dual cameras fitted, with a 5MP shooter on the front and an 8MP on the rear. The Desire 620G phone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with BlinkFeed and Sense UI onboard. For memory, there’s 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage. The HTC Desire 620G a 2100mAh battery which can deliver up to 19.2 hours of talk time or around 525 hours of standby on 3G.
