Do you get a panic attack and not able to find any questions to answer in exams? Exam stress is entirely normal and can be managed in straightforward ways.
If your mind goes blank in an exam, you can do the following things:
#1. Just close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to calm yourself.
#2. Just relax and when you are ready, read the question again and if you still don’t recollect the answer, move onto the next one.
#3. Attempt the skipped question later as it is better to write something down than nothing at all.
#4. Don’t spend precious time thinking over something that you may be able to remember when you are relaxed.
#5. Focus on questions which you know thoroughly and complete them as fast as possible.
#6. Don’t let the negative feelings rule your mind by telling that you will fail or never do well etc.
#7. If panic strikes again, focus on your breath and write scribbling with pencil anything gibberish on your answer sheet till you become normal.
#8. If you don’t find any questions to answer, read through the questions again and underline the words which relate to the topics you know. Read slowly and think how you could answer them.
#9. If you are not having enough time to write, it’s better to write concise answers than writing pages and missing the questions.
