Tell us about yourself, your background, why did you join BMS and what do you plan to do after BMS?
I am from a business family and wanted to join BMS to know management tactics of the business environment and after my bms i’ll be again joining back my father’s business.
How does it feel to be a Topper of the college in Semester exams?
It feels great to be the topper.
Whom will you credit your success to?
I would give credit of my success to parents and my tutor VIPIN SABOO sir; he is being very helpful throughout the semester.
Which coaching classes had you joined? How has it helped you in the exams preparation?
I had joined Vipin Saboo Tutorials and Vipin Sir is really helpful throughout the semester and sir is just a call away when you have any difficulties and he use to only take tuition of three subjects but still he gave guidance for every subject .
Did you start preparing from the first day of your TYBMS?
Yes, I started preparing for my TYBMS. Even our sir had started making work hard from day one he used to make us do practice of our syllabus.
How did you study for Sem V?
First I used to study on time table basis for practical subjects. I had given weekend timing and every weekend I use to do practice the practical subjects and on every Sunday after our Sir’s lecture of to read once I used to read the theory of logistics and because Vipin sir used to clear our concepts, I was able to read and understand and remember logistics  only by reading once and other subjects were easy to read and understand and one of my major concern was HRM concepts and to remember it, I made notes and started studying.
Which are the easy subjects in Sem V?
I feel all Subjects are easy but a lot of practice is required for every subject.
Any special way of writing the answers? Do you write answers in bullet points or in paragraphs?
Yes, our sir gave us advice to write answers in bullets and diagrams so that we can explain concepts easily in our answer paper.
How do you crack case studies in theory and practical subjects?
For case study the most important thing is that we should know the whole concept of the books, our sir helped in clearing the concept of practical and theory subjects so we got to crack case studies easily.
Did you draw any diagram in any paper? Is it mandatory? Does it help to get more marks?
I did make most of diagrams in logistics paper and I scored 91% in that subject and it was yet my sir’s advice.
Any specific study pattern adopted i.e. timetable / how many hours per subject per day etc.?
Yes perfect timetable was built of for studies like I mentioned before weekends for practical and so on.
How do you fight against mood swings and distractions during exam preparation?
To combat with mood swings we require a motivation that was our VIPIN SIR who used to motivate us towards our goals.
If you are made the Vice Chancellor of Mumbai University, what changes would you like to initiate in Indian education system?
I am practical orientated person so I would increase the percentage of practical as compared to theory.
Many students prepare sincerely but constantly live under fear that they are not from big college / not from English medium and eventually lose confidence. What message would you like to these students?
Prepare hard and believe in yourself which our Sir used to say.
Through this struggle and success, what have you learned? What is the wisdom of life and competition? What is your message to the upcoming BMS students?
Believe in yourself and do practice to the fullest.
Any interesting experience / memory / favourite moments of being a student of VST which you would like to share with the audience?
Sir was a good mentor and used to help on every step of our career.
